First Blooms

Thank you all for your positive comments.  They are putting some glue in these weak knees of mine!  These tiny forsythia blooms are the first blooms in the yard.  There are many spring blubs coming up, but being pruned as fast as they grow by all of the deer in the area.  The plants that are fenced off are doing best. The bright splash of yellow was a nice surprise.  A big hug from me to you on this day.

So Beautiful. We have yet to see a forsythia. :(
In a few days it is supposed to be in the sixties. Can't wait.

Dearest Sandy,

Know that all of your Colorado Friends are holding you in the Light. As you may know, I too was diagnosed with early stage BC about two and a half years ago. I wake up each day and say "I am Well!" And so I am, and now when I wake up I will include you in my daily declaration to the Universe!

I don't know how far along you are regarding surgery or treatment, but you are about to increase your medical vocabulary like you never thought you would! If you're "lucky" (somehow that will never sound right) like me you won't need a mast. or chemo. If so, you will get through it with the love and support from Tom, family, and F/friends. You are blessed with love all around you.

Know that you are in the Light, dear one, and you will survive! Thank you for the beauty you are sharing on your blog. You inspire me. When I hit my 5 year "all clear" mark I'm inviting you to the party. Then I want to come to yours! That time will come.

Until then, stay strong and positive, rest when you need to, accept help from neighbors, and join your spirit with those who work to heal you.

Peace be with you,
Tori Telep

One day at a time...that's what gets me through everything...

It's been proven, they say, that those who are prayed for and have positive thoughts sent their way have a much better recovery rate than those who don't.

Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers...and stay positive, Sandy!! Your gratitude speaks....
